      Pros

      The leadership I work under from a manager to the VP level is great. They are good people who care about our staff and our customers. If they were the people making the decisions, I would be very interested in working here moving forward.

      Cons

      The company was purchased by a reinsurance company between 1-2 years ago. Decisions on staffing regarding reps and 1st line leaders are coming from VPO's or higher. The company is transitioning away from multiple business lines. Layoffs are around the corner as they are backing out of roughly a dozen states entirely.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
