37.5 hour work week, 5/4 schedule in some depts., local, opportunity for advancement, education readily available with incentive, stable and generous sick time.
Cons
The benefits are reasonably priced but lack in real coverage. This is something that should be reviewed and would have truly affected my decision to join the company.
