Pros
Multiple extended smoke breaks for smokers, "important positions" have luxurious work schedules.
Cons
Honestly, don't bother. Unless you are hired for an "important" position or happen to be a part of the "royal family" working here will just be a job rather than a career. You'd think that having a husband and wife running the same office would be a conflict of interest, or having half an office consist of the same last name, but not here. You won't know if the job your being considered for is important until your actually in it but the important positions are noted by the following characteristics. They always seem to know what's going on behind the scenes. They are invited to lunch gatherings. They go on trips out of town. They seem to work 9:30-3:30 with 2 hour lunches. They are often found in the managers office shooting the breeze about their weekend. They are greeted by name. They have an office or window seat. I think you catch the drift here. There is no room for advancement, and little by little, the work this company does is being exported to India. When a person leaves a position, that position is not being filled. Might as well call this company India InfoSource because that is probably the next move, unless of course your in an important position. Oh and expect your coworkers to go thru your desk when your not there to ensure your job is being done properly.
