Pros

Enjoyed working remotely and being home, but it was too much of a time investment. I was told I could set my own schedule, but was never treated as the independent 1099 employee that I was. I went stor crazy and all my effort was for $0 95% of the time.

Cons

Some people are very successful with sales and commission-based jobs. I invested money into training and licenses, and ended up going weeks without pay when sales didn't make ends meet. This job is great for someone who can spend the whole day at home pushing sales and be VERY successful and meet their quotas. Not for me.

Pros

Not really any to name if you are on the wrong team

Cons

leads are re-used, over contacted, and it is a toxic work environment that encourages "smile and dial" old school sales techniques that have been proven not to work.
