Pros
Very staff oriented policies and procedures. Being an employee is great in American Express. From the moment you join you are taught that you are creme-de-la-creme.
Cons
It was good, but it was better to be out early as Amex does not encourage individual thinking or creativity. It programs you to be a factory worker and the brainwashing that you are the best following the best process is so great that if people have spent too long in there, they spend the rest of their lives believing it.
