Some nice people work in the company, though a lot have left since Robert Dodson took over and more are looking to leave.
The environment can be fun at times.
My paycheck always came on time, though it was frequently missing $$$ that had to be requested to be corrected.
Cons
Don't believe the 1 good review that is fake internal garbage.
Stress levels are high when you wake up just hoping Dodson doesn't walk through the doors that day.
Everyone is on edge and stressed out any time Dodson comes through the doors.
Dodson has said the most horrible things, even to our GM, in an all staff meeting.
Humiliation is not a management style or training tactic that ANYONE appreciates except Sadists.
Just because you are "The Boss" doesn't give you the right to be a "Jerk" to anyone and everyone.
Don't ever expect them to give you a raise and if you are discovered to be looking for another job or found to be leaving expect to be shunned even if you are the best technician they have.
Anything can be justified if it brings more $ to the owner, no matter how unethical it is, as long as you don't get caught...
