Easy to start, great commission

There's no cons I can think of. You get what you put in, which might not very enough for some

You get to work your own hours at your own home. You decide what marketing strategies are best for you and how to execute them. You also have someone helping you the entire way.

You do have to pay to play. You get a legitimate product (benefits) and your monthly fee covers these benefits and the maintenance of your website.
