      Manage your own day, rarely any office over site, can work your day as you need, good benefits.

      Cons

      Too worried about productivity, and what insurance covers and doesn’t cover, fell like it’s more about the money and not the patient care.

      No weekends ever, paid holidays, responsive and easy to contact management, great pay

      Cons

      Typical cons with any home health PT job.

      Obscene micromanagement, severely hostile work environment, unrealistic workload, toxic managers, employees must use personal cell phones for work with ZERO reimbursement, chaotic and sloppy environment
