      The culture resembled a family environment; every one was helpful and there were lots of celebrations along with a free snack program; also great compensation and benefits

      not enough big picture planning; everything appears rushed when it comes to the customer

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
