      Pros

      Takes good care of it's employees during difficult business situations. For those with a travelling mindset, can be a haven if you land up in the right account.

      Cons

      Being a Israeli company, after a certain senior level, promotions are hard to come by. Also being a product company makes you feel that your growth, coupled with the previous Con, is getting limited after a while.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
