1. If you talk about Amdocs then free foods always comes in mind. Especially healthy breakfast and evening snacks which contains variety of fruits. 2. Onsite opportunity for everyone. No other companies give so much onsite opportunity as compared to Amdocs. 3. Employee friendly environment. 4. Not so much work pressure except some projects. 5. Good hike if you get promotion.
Cons
1. If you're a fresher then you should choose a better option than Amdocs as learning is very less as compared to other companies. 2. Amdocs takes good students out of the market but push them into any work which makes them very difficult to switch after 2 3 years. I have seen there are guys who are working since last 4, 5 years in Amdocs who are trying to switch but they can't because they don't know anything. I was from start ups and worked on a lot of technologies before joining Amdocs. So, I switched in a year before it was too late. 3. If you're looking for technology and career growth then you should choose better company than Amdocs
