      Opportunities to learn new technologies and relocate world-wide.

      Cons

      Budget is more important than performance. Annual reviews are a waste of time for seasoned employees. Life-work balance is acceptable if the employee takes control. Time at work is more important than performance or output.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
