      A bit impersonal, specially managers Seriously fast paced, if you don't get used to it, you may feel frustrated Union is a bit tough to work with

      Plant team was great to work with.

      Cons

      Thankless corporate culture. Deadlines unrealistic. Month close analysis projects never made sense, but it's almost exclusivity what you were evaluated on. Boss only called when there was an issue.
