      Pay/benefits are decent. Had some good team managers that would stand up for the greater team.

      Cons

      Opinions don’t get heard. Projects/tasks can multiply quickly which often led to high turnover and a “revolving door” of continuously training new people and never retaining talent.

      Plant team was great to work with.

      Cons

      Thankless corporate culture. Deadlines unrealistic. Month close analysis projects never made sense, but it's almost exclusivity what you were evaluated on. Boss only called when there was an issue.
