      Lots of freedom as long as you're getting work and projects done. Large organizations offers may channels for support.

      Cons

      Struggling employee moral, especially amongst plant floor employees. People don't care about their work, they only show up for a paycheck.

      Plant team was great to work with.

      Cons

      Thankless corporate culture. Deadlines unrealistic. Month close analysis projects never made sense, but it's almost exclusivity what you were evaluated on. Boss only called when there was an issue.
