      Pros

      IFT private Ambulance company. Average, not particularly bad, not really good.

      Cons

      Run like a local bar. No long term goals. pretty much day to day management trumps future planning. Too much politics.

      - Too comfortable - Dispatch is untouchable - so do not bother complaining about their performance

      Only pro is they have 2 24hr shifts available but those will soon be gone.

      Cons

      Pay, HR, new scheduler every 4 months. All of them are pretty bad
