Awful company to work for - Multi-tasker Ambleglow Employee Review

Lots of work so always something to do, keeps your days busy

No real progression and limited in terms of industry growth, the type of work is always the same and management does not harness any type of culture you can thrive in, and salaries grossly under the average.

Couldn't disagree more with the previous review, which is obviously a disgrunted ex-staff member. Many colleagues have been at Ambleglow for over 10 years and if they were treated badly, they wouldn't stay. Teams are empowered to grow their skills and it doesn't matter what role you are in, you are encouraged to try new things. Regular team meetings to keep everyone up to date on what is happening and successes celebrated. I feel that I can approach managers with any issues and they will be taken seriously and looked into.

Home working takes getting used to, so prioritising team meet ups in person.
