Where to start? - micromanaging employees on a daily basis - Weird shifts of strategy on a quarterly basis, which disables people to focus on something for longer terms. - sales people are not appreciated but valued as people that can easily be replaced - there is an insane turnover of employees - not trustworthy employer, be prepared to sign employment contracts with immense pressure of potentially losing your job any second.
