Decent benefits. You get to work with some great people. Decent pay and annual pay increases depending on performance reviews.
Cons
You’ll get hired for one position but are fully expected to work all company positions as needed and will get penalized for not complying. HR personnel is very temperamental and difficult to track down. Some people in charge love playing favorites and micromanaging. Highly disorganized depending on department. No sense of loyalty to their employees. High turnover rate in all departments now.
