      Great pay, great benefits, very interesting work at scale. Talented, motivated coworkers create a great environment for learning and growing.

      Cons

      Can be a brutal individualistic culture. Really have to know how to manage yourself, your workload, etc. Very easy to get swept up and burnt out. Seen it very often.
