      great environment, beautiful office space, team was amazing and helpful.

      Pros

      Health Insurance plan is amazing, but that's about it.

      Cons

      Properties are pretty outdated, communication is subpar, no room for promotion unless you plan on being there for 10+ years it seems. Base pay is very low, commission rates are also very low, about $125-$150 per lease.
