Pros

Pay is decent 10 Company holidays + federal

Cons

Cons? Everything! 1- Most recent 5 and 4 star reviews were requested by management. Some Managers were asking their employees in Auto BI and Auto PD to put positive reviews. 2- APD and BI managers such as PC, SC and TC are destroying the Auto unit. Adjusters are struggling to keep up with workload. Some adjsuters have been seen working late into night/morning (12am, 1am) just to get a 1 on 1 call and hear that they need to do more. The newly established "observation system" is their preferred method to get rid of people. Their expectations are completely unrealistic, unattainable, and unfair. These people are not looking to build up employees but to use, exploit them, abuse them and then push them to quit. Upper management (top of the food chain) know of all these and worse issues and they have done NOTHING!

Pros

Flexible work hours. Great co-workers. My co-workers are friendly, easy to talk to and are willing to help you if they are able to.

Cons

Systems can give you issues at times and make it difficult to get work done.

Pros

Co-workers are amazing. Managers are helpful.

Cons

Rolling out an incomplete new operating system was a horrible idea. Creates additional work for adjusters. The processes being implemented are hindering the ability to effectively close claims. Adjusters are being told to do more with less every day. Claim counts average 180 to 200 for the last 6 months with no relief in sight. Hybrid work was promised at 2 home and 3 in office. That was recently revoked and it is now mandatory 4 days in office. With gas prices what they are, that really hurts. Corporate management seems to be focused more on obtaining #1 status and bringing in the big bucks than finding a way to relieve the stress on their employees. Mental health is non existent and if you aren't putting in 50+ hours a week there is no way to stay on top of your work load. Even then you will feel like you are barely treading water. New NICE phone system is for call centers-not claim adjusters. Not a lot of advancement opportunities unless you are someone's pet. Benefits are mediocre at best.
