Pros
If you are a student looking to work a few days per week this is a great job for you. The employees are all young and very friendly. Most days involve folding and flip stacking shirts, usual retail duties. My managers were usually pretty laid back and fun to work for. Overall its a great job to get an introduction into sales, shipment and e-commerce processing, and customer service.
Cons
The only bad thing about working here was that some weeks I was only scheduled to work 8 hours when I originally thought 20 hours per week would be the minimum. My location hired so many people that it was impossible for management to get everyone the hours they were looking for. Another thing that bothered me was the constant nagging about going up to every customer and having a conversation about what I could help them with and what brought them to the store. Most shoppers don't come to the store to talk to the employees, they want to look around and find something they like and if they have a question they'll ask. I felt a lot of times I was annoying customers and they probably left thinking, "I love everything about that store except for the employees nagging me every three minutes."
