I’ve been working for Alts for almost two years, and I can confidently say the company has a very solid and well-defined work structure. This makes it easy to stay focused on actual work without unnecessary chaos or micromanagement. The company culture is genuinely great too. People are super friendly, welcoming, and supportive. One of the highlights is the annual company getaway in Portugal, which is a great opportunity to meet colleagues in person, exchange ideas, and build real connections beyond work. Employment is fully remote and offers a strong benefits package, including health insurance, co-working support, and learning budgets.
Cons
So far, I haven’t encountered any significant issues. Minor challenges naturally come up from time to time, but the team is very proactive and thoughtful in addressing them, so they never escalate into real problems
