      Alto is my first job out of college, and the experience has been amazing so far! The company culture is great--everyone is very passionate about the company, its mission, and its growth. Great environment for anyone wanting to work at a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup.

      Cons

      Alto isn't the place for someone looking for a structured 9 to 5--you have to be self-motivated, dedicated, flexible, and willing to work across a lot of different departments. You also should have a passion for learning and the ability to learn from your mistakes--I love this about working at Alto and have already grown so much--an amazing place to start my career!
