Pros
- Elite clients & projects (largest TMT deals / Tier-1 TMT client list) - Exposure to client since Consultant level - Very very rare week-end / PTO work - Very rare travel (unless proactively asking)
Cons
- Comp used to be on par / above with MBB, unsure if still the case - Less perks than before (e.g. gifts, off-sites, gym allowance) - Lack of branding outside of TMT - Ongoing difficulties in hiring / retaining best talents
