** Management. Management at this company became so poor and sad even after certain individuals became apart of the corporate team! It became clear that the managers that are being put into positions are only buddies and not ones that respect, help train, and support employees for better chances to retain people.
*** They provide incentives to employees to submit reviews on Glassdoor, google, and many other review platforms so the company looks good. (Might I add that it is ILLEGAL to bribe or incentivize employees to provide great reviews per most review policy and the Department of Labor.) ***
* The company went from being a positive environment to work to one of horrible energy with mundane zombies just strutting away as the job unfortunately because a “living just to work” instead “working to live”.
* In my last three months, I was the person that made sure that everyone had a smile on their face and brought some fun culture and knickknacks to the team to promote a sense camaraderie and fun! Unfortunately, management has taken the cultural growth, imagination acceptance and excitement away in multiple ways including but not limited to, Amazing HR team that come up with exciting events that makes the employees want to be at work. I had 100% KPI and QA yet the (new) Work Comp Manager came in with animosity towards me; possibly because I saw her Tinder dating profile. (It’s 2024, everyone is online some way or another.)
* The company went from having an amazing career path to advancement to a toxic environment of taking advantage of people because they need the money to afford a living.
* The company does quarterly meetings and one of the statements that the CEO (amazing guy that became absent in the past year, letting senior management run the company poorly) and other corporate team members/senior management say is that the company are thankful to the employees on the front lines that work day in and day out; stating that they are the true reason for Zynex’s success, YET… after these auditable recorded meetings, they go back to making poor decisions that makes the employees on the front lines feel unmotivated to grown and succeed.
