Job duties were structured mostly around convincing patients they weren't getting scammed when they were indeed 100% getting scammed. Managers urged you to stay on the phone as long as possible and follow up with people who were angry enough to end the call. The rate for this position is so close to minimum wage, you're better off getting a job in fast food. Bathrooms stank really bad. Almost all of the work can be done remotely yet the company insisted you to be in office.
