Pros
The company is currently going through strategic transformations that make us believe we have a promising future. Not all measures are popular but overall I believe shareholders and Top management are committed to make the company grow in a sustainable way. There is a strong change in terms talent management/retention being put in place and internal communications are now also strategic to the company, Altitude has a very good work/life balance.
Cons
Employees that have been in Altitude for a while (also my case now), need to accept that things have changed (company and market wise) and we need to reset company culture to adapt to these changes. We are in a good way but still a long way to go in terms of changing mindsets.
