      Pros

      Altis is a company that really believes in people and does everything it can to help them succeed. The team is always looking for ways to grow and get better, and if something doesn’t go right, they own it and make changes. What I love is that Altis isn’t content with being just another firm in the staffing industry. They aim high and set clear expectations, all with the goal of creating the best possible experience for clients and job seekers. The culture is a nice mix of having the structure of a larger company but still feeling like a close knit team. Everyone’s voice matters and feedback is always encouraged through surveys, Stay Interviews or 1-1 calls with senior leadership. It’s clear that they want this to be a place where people can thrive, have fulfilling careers, and also live their best lives. Gratitude is a big part of the culture too. The company is always finding ways to recognize and celebrate the people who make it all happen. One of the biggest differences at Altis compared to other firms is the team oriented mindset. Instead of competing against each other, everyone works together and supports one another. Relationships are strong, and you can feel that people genuinely care. Altis is a place where you can do meaningful work, grow in your career, and also feel truly supported along the way.

      Cons

      The expectations at Altis are high, so if you’re looking for a clock in and clock out kind of job, this probably isn’t the place for you. Many of the roles involve a lot of touchpoints every day, both by phone and email, so it’s definitely best suited for people who love connecting with others and enjoy having their day filled with interaction. The pace can be fast, which is great if you thrive in that kind of environment, but it might feel overwhelming if you prefer a slower rhythm. Lastly, because Altis is always growing and evolving, things can change quickly. If you’re someone who really values consistency and doesn’t like change, the constant evolution could feel like a challenge.

      Pros

      Altis is honestly one of those rare places where the culture isn’t just something they talk about, it’s something you feel every day. The people are kind, supportive, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. Leadership puts a lot of thought into every decision, and it shows. You never feel like “just an employee”, they really do care about you as a person, your growth, and your goals. There’s always change happening, but it comes from a genuine desire to improve and evolve. The pace is quick, but that's the exciting part - you know the company is always trying to level up. What I love most is the balance: yes, there are goals to hit, but it never feels like numbers come before people. Instead, you’re encouraged to succeed while also being supported, appreciated, and given the space to grow. You know your contributions matter, no matter what level you’re at, and that sense of purpose makes it easy to stay engaged and excited about the work.

      Pros

      One of the more reputable recruiting firm. From the first meeting you could really sense they're overall professionalism. The entire recruiting process was thoroughly explained. Having dealt with many recruiters in the past I can safely say they're one of the better ones. Everyone that I've touched based with at Altis was extremely professional in not only providing information, but also providing constant updates to the recruiting process. Definitely would recommend them to any of my colleagues in the industry. Give them a try and I'm sure you'll be blown away by their services.
