Altimetrik is a body shopping organization which hires for quantity and not quality. Most of the employees are then shipped to client locations where they are exploited and abused. Altimetrik has a culture of zero accountability, TA team is not accountable for hiring people, HR team is not accountable for background verification and retaining employees , Engineering teams are not accountable for delivery and Management is not accountable for policies and creating a healthy working environment. Attrition is at an all time high and management is employing a carrot strategy by offering ESOPs. If your are from Tamil Nadu or Karnataka you will enjoy working here as you will get promotions without doing anything (just be prepared to talk about curd-rice). People managers and delivery managers have full time responsibility fire fighting and holding together client relationships by kowtowing in front of the customers. HR team are puppets in the hands of Engineering Leaders whose only contribution is harassing employees and calling them on personal and sick days.
