Poor management and toxic culture overshadow remote work flexibility - Project Manager Altimetrik Employee Review

1. Senior managements are mostly involved in corporate politics and have no focus on the technicality. Management has gotten worse over years as these people are highly non technical and insecure. They will mentally harass you, intentionally put you on bench, make it their personal agenda to torture instead of focusing on what really matters. They have zero clarity about roadmaps, no tech guidance, unrealistic expectations and always full of excuses. 2. HR team should be fired. Bunch of women gossiping all day and absolutely 0 work done. No work ethics, multiple follow ups required, communication gaps, unscheduled meetings, poor RAG. 3. On papers they are best place to work but talk to any employee and they will tell you how harassed they are. 4. No appraisal. 5. Hire & Fire 6. Worst onboarding experience.
