Pros
A great product and user following. Excellent digital tools to support sales and learning and some brilliant people.
Cons
UK/EMEA leadership favour the younger sales profile with less experience and want them to just close deals. Very little support and attention is given to the new business development process and focus is mostly based on closing dates, not pipeline nurturing, (creating pipeline yes, but not nurturing and the work needed to create a deal to close).
