Pros
Good pay if this if this is your maybe your 1st or 2nd job. Average pay for anyone with at least 1-2 years of call center experience. Otherwise, you can do MUCH better literally just about anywhere else. This NOT sales AT ALL. you are a PAPER PUSHER for the elderly and the company really ties your hands with their slow processes (They take up to 2-3 weeks to process their own in house mail returns?!) You will NEVER make bonuses as a RESULT of this so don't believe their hype that you will ever make more than 31K/YR.
Cons
Everything else. This company is basically 5 companies IN ONE!! So you can imagine how that goes from an operational standpoint. The 5 companies have nothing to do with each other either. And as a result, the training was by far the WORST I have ever experienced. They literally failed and fired 10/11 people from our training class. The only 2 people they kept were mysteriously moved to a much lower paying position EVEN THOUGH THEY PASSED TRAINING. They are just getting bodies in the door to keep up with all the phone calls. Bottom line is they are over promising to their Health Care Partner's and of course under performing since they really have no good management, no good trainers, and really NO ONE TO HELP YOU PERIOD. I was literally running around the place every day looking for help with my my on the job training but SEVERAL supervisors would NEVER answer their extension, never respond to email at all or in a timely fashion, and they were NEVER to be found at their desk for some mysterious reason.
