Safety/quality is very important. I learn something new every day because there's so many sides to this industry. I love keeping my brain engaged.

College degree valued more than your experience with no growth track for you if you don't. Women have to work much harder to be considered for higher paying positions.

Not much that stood out positively during my experience.

In my experience, training and advancement opportunities felt inconsistent and sometimes influenced by internal relationships rather than performance. I also felt that workload expectations were not always applied fairly. After many years with the company, I was ultimately terminated in a situation I personally felt was unfair.
