      Great work experience, my first job in retail and I learned a lot about the field and customer service skills. Everyone who worked there was very nice.

      New store opening so the team changed a lot in the beginning.

      Poor Management, unwelcoming environment, confusing policies, high turnover, lack of empathy, poor communication, passive aggressive management, high burnout, no employee appreciation whatsoever.
