Not a good place - Business Analyst Altametrics Employee Review

I've been working at Altametrics for a while now, and overall it's been a good experience. The role has helped me improve my communication, troubleshooting, and client management skills. Every day is different, which keeps the job interesting.

The workload can get heavy at times, especially when there are urgent client issues

My role allows me to work closely with cross-functional teams like product, engineering, and client success, which has really helped me broaden my understanding of both business and technical aspects. I’ve been given a good amount of ownership in my work, and I feel trusted to handle stakeholders and deliver outcomes independently. The team is generally supportive, and there’s a culture where you can learn on the job and improve your skills over time.

Things can get quite fast-paced, and priorities sometimes change quickly.
