They try to deliver something to the client rather than doing something useful and meaningful or to care about employees. - There are a few senior people left in the company who are so busy that they don't have time to perform the leadership or support it is expected of them. - Calendars are filled with unnecessary meetings which results in a lack of sufficient time to focus on the work. - PDMs' tend to put emphasis on achieving results rather than caring for the team and understanding their progression. - You might not end up improving a model or deploying any model at all since most of the use cases get closed due to lack of data or understanding. - ML devs tend to do a business analyst's job and fill use case business related documents. - Hiring too many junior employees and too few senior ones results in a degradation of the overall quality of the teams. - There is little learning and growth opportunity in the company. You will get confused and lost in the projects most of the times and no one usually has time to help or support you.
