      AltaML continues to evolve its business model to scale impact and grow product-based revenue. The company is open-minded and encourages exploration of new ideas for how AI can drive positive change across target industries.

      Cons

      AltaML is building the plane while flying it. You need to want to explore new frontiers, experiment, and work with a high degree of ambiguity. If you prefer clearly defined processes and predictability, this is not for you.

      Pros

      Friendly company. Decent new benefits package. Very friendly to parents. It is not a bad environment by any means. It is just that all you are doing is stuff that if you didn't do, oh well, on to the next thing that will be half done. I would recommend AltaML for anyone who wanted to take a career break.

      Cons

      Spend a ton of time on presentations, writing reports nobody reads and are never finished and waiting for decisions that never arrive. Very little gets done for how many people are here. Busyness is the norm.
