work life does not balance, applied MC still need to work

Hybrid with 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH Near MRT

Unstable company, they can do massive hiring at high pay and just downsize within 1 day notification and pays you the required salary. Not suitable for ppl who wants to have a long term career. There is no career advancement as the 'sales' role is just like a robot, don't waste your youth here, else you will not be able to sell yourself to other companies when they decided your service is no longer require.
