      sometimes is really quiet and you can rest.

      Cons

      Application and DB are so bad and old and they don't have the skills and the will to refactor or remake them. Enough disorganized. Bad manager with really few will of work and experience.

      Pros

      You can work in multicultural environments and travel abroad. The middle-management always try to help you to find your best fit in your favorite destination.

      Cons

      Low pay. Small possibilities of advancement. Top management is very arrogant and they invest poorly in skills development. One of the highest turnover of the industry.
