I enjoy the people I get to work with. They are awesome! Also, the work we do makes a big difference in people's lives and that makes me feel good.

Spirit days once a month are fun and co workers are nice

This has been the worst company l've ever worked for. There's no opportunity for growth since everybody in higher up positions are part of their own "good ol boys club" and accountability is often misplaced-managers tend to deflect their own shortcomings onto employees. There are no real incentives or fair compensation. Expressing concerns or suggesting changes often results in disciplinary action rather than open dialogue. HR seems more focused on punishment than support. l strongly advise against working here—steer clear.
