There’s a focus on quantity rather than quality. Monthly loan totals are everything. Lack of initial training. Training consists of learning how to spread with no help in regards to financial analysis. Toxic, dramatic, unappreciative work culture within the CA department High turnover, Negativity, Gossip, Double-standards are apparent Don’t ask the same question twice, or else…. You are subject to demotions. Promotions appear to be random Lack of pay! You’ll make more money somewhere else
