Pros
Fun cohort of recent grads; you form close relationships very quickly. I was lucky enough to have a great manager (I know others who weren't so lucky) and learnt a lot about project management and team work. Decent pay for a grad job.
Cons
The work is incredibly monotonous. You don't learn many skills which are transferrable to other roles or industries. Linear career progression is limited to sales or account management. It's incredibly cut-throat, you're pitched against your colleagues to sell as many credits (and make the company as much money) as possible. The possibility of losing your job if you don't hit targets looms over you. Hours are long, you're expected to be available evenings / weekends if needed. There's no culture of care; just of 'make as much money as possible.'
