Pros
This is a great company to work for. Right from the off the recruitment team were extremely helpful, professional and thorough and kept me updated on the status of my application. The first day was extremely well organised with training starting very quickly. The training and implementation into the team was very easy. AlphaSights are great at creating an enjoyable atmosphere to work in through different team bonding activities such as meals out or organising sport teams. The office has a very relaxed mantra but maintains a professional feel to it making it a great place to come in each morning. The employees are also really likeable and passionate about the work they carry out. The professional development team work really hard to ensure employees are fulfilled and are prepared for whichever steps they may take next. Finally, the office in Mayfair is a great location and convenient for most commuters.
Cons
Work is quite similar each day. But, being on an 8 month scholarship that was what I was expecting.
