Pros

- learn after two weeks how to talk to anyone on the phone - That is it. I did not talk to anything I did in this job during an interview process for other firms and I think it hurt me to have this role on my resume.

Cons

- there are too many to list. - success is based on how fast you can mass email people - success is based on how sleazy you are and how pushy you can be - run by children - truly sucked the life out of me before my parents had to step in and make me quit even though I was successful in the role - expected response time of 5 minutes to your manager then 20 minutes to your client making you feel like you cant go pee - Moves so fast that people do not think and people succeed here if they do not like to think and just make money - not flexibly with working hours - no career development skills unless you want to have a career in sales

Pros

Rapid Progression & Recognition: Performance is directly rewarded here. If you hit your goals and show drive, the path to promotion and career growth is transparent and fast. Strong Team Culture: The team energy is fantastic. Everyone is highly collaborative, supportive, and commercially minded, which makes for a great working environment. High Autonomy: From day one, you are given real ownership over your projects (like leading recruitment events, managing candidates, and driving partnerships), allowing you to grow your commercial skills rapidly.

Cons

High Velocity & Pressure: The work is very fast-paced with strict timelines and high-volume expectations. It is not a place where you can coast, and you need to be comfortable working under commercial pressure. Resilience is Key: Sourcing and recruiting require a great deal of resilience. You have to be comfortable with rejection and persistent in finding creative solutions to hit your targets.
