It is a great job to cover several months before a proper long-term job, but it is better to avoid it if you are looking for something long-term.
- Bad leadership - people are promoted not based on their skills and ability, but on their tenure. Many people who stay technically are the ones who can't find any other job elsewhere and it results in very poor managers and VPs.
- Huge turnover, people come and go, it is very hard to structure teams and get the momentum.
- Very crowded office where it is hard to speak on phone.
- Very poor exit opportunities since this job does not equip you with hard skills - you stay on LinkedIn day after day adding people. It does not look good for future interviews.
- Very fake culture where everyone has to smile and be happy while in reality there is a lot office politics and unfairness.
- No female leaders, very macho leadership.
- First impression the company gives and the reality you see later on do not match.
