      Great work environment, minimal co-worker issues with plenty of company gifts toward employees.

      Cons

      Poor live/work lifestyle with any success requiring far more hours and un realistic sales expectation, upper owners representatives have limited construction knowledge and make poor decisions creating high turnout rate.

      If you’re looking for a place to start a career, this is a good company to work for. Any skill level (aside from technical positions for the most part) and they will train you. If you’re ambitious, work well with people and dedicated to developing and growing, you will be rewarded with opportunities to grow.
