Their HR Associate is not professional at all, rude and doesn't reply and do her selection based on her personal likings, meaning if she doesn't like you on the personal level for whatever reason inside her head and even if you are qualified and wanted to work and apply to the company she will block you and cut you off, and this gives you a hint about the company level of professionalism and its people and their mentality because they will be your colleagues/Co-workers.
