The management is too poor - Opretor Alpha Laboratories Employee Review

The current manager is an incompetents and hot tempered person he will specifically pick on your problems at work.n terms of shift scheduling new employees are specifically assigned to do tiring work.there are several veteran employee's in his department who have not worked for years and only do very little work.most work is done by new employees.but the manager tacitly refuses to interfere and has no control over it .therefore manager team can only arrange and bully the new employees.he likes attending meetings but can’t solve any problems many young employees were driven away by him.can’t retain younger.i advise new employees not to go.the environment is too bad and the manager is too poor
